Instant Chenna Poda Recipe: Baked Paneer Cake Without Baking Powder Soda| Odia Recipe With Jaggery

It's Akshaya Tritiya special today in my home. Hubby loves chenna poda, but I have never dared to attempt this calorie-rich delicacy from his state of Odisha. But since it is Akshaya Tritiya, I wanted to surprise him with his favorite. I have never tasted the delicacy, but still went ahead with it my own way following one pot one shot technique. This means the sweet which otherwise takes anywhere between 30 and40 minutes took only 12-14 mts for me. Additionally, unlike the traditional recipe that uses white sugar, I have substituted it with jaggery powder. The verdict: hubby loved it. Mom loved it too - and really didn't know that it was made only from paneer and semolina - no raising agents. Of course, it was my first trial and I cannot perfect it in one go. But happy me for I could serve him one of his favorites :) chenna podo baked chenna poda instant chenna poda: Odiya cheesecake recipe chenna poda odiya cheesecake sweet Followed instant bhapa doi
