Is Isabagol and Psyllium Husk Same? Is it OK to take psyllium husk everyday?

 Psyllium husk and isabagol are one and the same thing. Research shows that psyllium for constipation is an excellent remedy that improves bowel movement, fecal water content as well as transit time.  What is psyllium husk used for? Psyllium fibers improve constipation symptoms by increasing water retention capacity in the intestinal tract, thus creating a water-rich colonic environment. As a result, feces become soft and bulky.  How to make dosa with quinoa, that too without rice and urad dal? here's what I do to make soft and crispy dosa at home. to begin with, I have used homemade quinoa flour or atta in the recipe. if you have store-bought quinoa, please use that.
