A hot cup of tea and a cookie are a match made in haven and if you, too, are obsessed with healthy cookies, then you ought to try out these olive oil cookies that are crispy to the core, with perfect amount of sweetness and packed with nutrition.

I have banned sugar in my kitchen

We do not buy sugar at all. You ought not to be a cookie lover to love this healthy cookie recipe, which is eggless and without oven. Since the quinoa cookie recipe is without sugar, it does not make the cookie a diabetes-friendly snack. The jowar cookies are sweetened with jaggery, which is mineral-dense but high in calories. In fact, it has almost the same number of calories as refined sugar. But white sugar is only EMPTY calories that tend to spike your blood sugar levels without giving you any benefits. Jaggery, on the other hand, is packed with nutrients and therefore, a healthier sweetener alternative to sugar.

Additionally, the dairy-free biscuit recipe without oven is baked in airfryer, which makes it a healthy Indian airfryer recipe with less amount of saturated fat and no chemical preservatives, including baking powder or soda.

The use of raising agents once or twice may not cause any harm but prolonged use poses a health risk.

Add 1 tbsp of beet milk and whip.

Add 1 tbsp more of milk and whisk again until it looks creamy and gooey.

Add cashew powder and mix.

Divide into two.

Add 1/2 cup of jowar flour in one. Do not forget to add the flour in batches. Use a sifter too.

Add 1 tsp flax meal and make a log of dough. Refrigerate. I kept it outside or bake immediately.

For the remaining half of jaggery-oil mix, add quinoa flour in little amounts until you get the right consistency.

Preheat the oven, airfryer, convection, otg to 160 degrees for 10 mins. An airfryer can be preheated for only 5 mins.

Roll out into a thick chapati. Cut shapes. Make design and bake quinoa cookies for 12-15 mins at 160 degrees.

Remove from the airfryer when done.

Now it's time to bake sorghum flour cookies recipe.
