Ingredients

1/2 cup almond flour/meal +1 tbsp for topping
2 tbsp cocoa powder +2 tbsp more for topping
2-3 tbsp water for topping
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup - add more for added sweetness + 1 tbsp for topping

How to make instant no-bake brownies with almond meal

Mix almond meal, cocoa powder, and 2 tbsp honey.
Flatten the dough and freeze in an airtight container.
Meanwhile, prepare the topping with 2 tbsp cocoa powder, water, and 1 tbsp honey. Add water.
Remove the frozen ingredients from the freezer.
Spread the liquid ingredients as a topping/ganache.
Freeze for 2 hours. You may sprinkle almond flour on top.
Cut and serve!
