Eggless, Nutty Cornmeal Cookies

Taking my love for healthy cookies to the next level, this time I have included cornmeal (makki atta) along with wheat flour and almond powder to bake another healthy batch of cookies. Seriously, this is even better than ragi badaam cookies . Would you like to try? Let's get back to the recipe: Ingredients 1 cup= 175 ml 1/2 cup - cornmeal (makki atta) 1/2 cup- wheat flour 1/2 cup-almond meal/powder 1/2 tsp- baking powder 2 tsp- ghee/clarified butter 2 tbsp- olive oil/ saffola/vegetable oil 1 tbsp- curd/yogurt 2-3 tbsp- milk (or as needed) 3 tbsp- sugar (as per your taste) 1 tsp- fennel seeds (lifts the aroma of these healthy cookies) Cornmeal Cookies Procedure makki cookies Sieve wheat flour, cornmeal, and baking powder. Add almond powder. Mix. Mix curd, oil, ghee in a separate bowl. Whisk well until smooth. Add fennel seeds to the flours. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones. Rub with your hands. Do not knead. Add 2 tbsp of milk
