Looking for simple kid-friendly recipes? Well, you want your little one to eat healthy, especially given the risk posed by metabolic diseases. Worry not! Here is a wholesome recipe collection for kids with whole grains. You do not need to go elsewhere to feed healthy kid-friendly recipes to your tiny tots.

Obesity and diabetes are engulfing the entire planet, and your kids are no less vulnerable to these metabolic diseases. An active and healthy lifestyle can alone help keep your tiny tots from the scourage of metabolic disorders.

I often come across people with fussy eaters. Believe you me, you alone you can keep your kids healthy and active. Inculcating the habit of eating good food starts at home. As a parent, it is your earnest duty to make healthy wholesome treats for kids. Remember, you must practice what you preach. If you believe in healthy eating and want your kids to eat healthily, you ought to set an example.
Kids learn from their parents. They will grow healthy observing your good food habits. Nobody becomes a picky eater unless they are given market junk. A kid does not grow up to become a fussy eater if he/she is fed wholesome home-made healthy food. One of my dear friends has set an example for all parents. A professional-turned homemaker, she has made it a point to give only healthy food to her boy. It is her patience, practice, and dedication that her son has grown into a healthy boy, who is not at all a picky eater.

So my point is to give homemade healthy food to kids. You can always pick healthy ingredients when baking at home, instead of giving your kids outside junk. It's always better to become a home baker for your family if you all love baked goodies. What's better than that?
So I have come up with healthy wholesome treats for kids on this page. These recipes for preschoolers will appeal to kids of all ages.

One takeaway from this page is that these are healthy, easy, and quick kid-friendly recipes that can be made in a jiffy to tinkle the tastebuds of your little munchkins.

Can we use the soaked water for millets? Does millet need to be soaked?

Do millets contain anti-nutrients? Yes, they do. In fact, all whole grains, including oats, contain phytates, which bind to minerals and make their absorption difficult for the body. Soaking is the first step toward reducing anti-nutrients from millets. Soak for at least 6-8 hours to make digestion easier. Discard the soaked water and then proceed to the next step of cooking. Remove foam from top to reduce gassy elements from millets.  How long should millet be soaked before cooking? Soaking the millets overnight is a safe practice. Soaking breaks down the phytic acid in millets or for that matter grains and nuts. Phytic acid hinders the absorption of minerals and nutrients in food, including calcium, iron, and zinc. How? Phytates bind to minerals and nutrients and make their absorption difficult in the gut. Your tummy finds it tough to digest millets in that case. So soaking millets and draining off that soaked water makes it easier on your tummy.  Are millets safe for thyroid? Does

Back then, I would struggle to gather the dough and it would often break. But this method has been a revelation of its own. I am happy to share it with you all.  Jowar is heat or cold  Jowar or sorghum has a cold potency so that means you can enjoy it during summers as a coolant. I won't mind enjoying jowar or sorghum flour recipes during winters too because
