Ingredients: 1/2 cup Dried figs 1/2 cup Dried dates 1/4 cup Raisins 1 cup Almonds 1/2 cup-Pistachios 1/4 cup Walnuts 1/2 cup Cashews 1/2 cup desiccated coconut 1 tbsp-Beetroot powder (optional) 3 tbsp Ghee (or coconut oil) Instructions: Preparation: Soak dried figs, raisins and dates in filtered water for 3-4 hours to soften.
