I made roti pizza - with whole wheat flour and sattu (black gram flour), oats, capsicum, and onion. This is a no cheese, no butter pizza, since I wanted to avoid all the buttery part and make it completely healthy. I did not even add tomato or tomato sauce, since a dear one is fighting allergy from tomato. Nevertheless, to give a little tangy flavor, I added lemon juice, coriander powder, and curd as topping. The best thing: hubby liked it as a healthier snack. What more could I ask for? roti pizza Here is the super simple recipe: Whole wheat flour: 1/2 cup Sattu: 1/2 cup (you can skip sattu and use wheat flour) Curd: 1/4cup Salt: as per taste Oil: 1/2tsp Warm water: as required for kneading dough Mix flour, sattu, salt, and oil. Add curd and mix well. Add warm water to k
