Healthy Paneer Makhni With Little Oil

paneer makhni Looking for taste as well as health? Here's a super easy recipe that is a perfect blend of both.  Though paneer makhni is quite rich and thick gravy, I have omitted the thickness part. But this does not mean it is not tasty. This healthy paneer makhni is mouth watering and lip smacking. Recipe : 2 onions 2 tomatoes (may take more),  2 cloves,  6-7 garlic cloves,  1-2 green chillies,  1 inch cinnamon stick,  2 green cardamom,  1 bay leaf (tej pata),  3-4 black pepper corns 1/2 cup milk (you can take malai/cream as well) 1/2 cup water or more 2 tbsp loose curd 1/2 tsp oil Paneer- 250 grams   paneer makhni masala Take 2 onions, 2 tomatoes (may take more), 2 cloves, 6-7 garlic cloves, 1-2 green chillies, 1 inch cinnamon stick, 2 green cardamom, 1 bay leaf (tej pata), 3-4 black pepper corns and boil them with 1/2 cup of water in a cooker.
