Ingredients

1 cup- murmura (puffed rice) 

1 cup- regular oats

 1/4 cup each. berries, cashews, almonds, sunflower seeds, melon seeds, roasted black gram/chickpeas, peanuts, raisins 

1/2 cup- dates (pitted/deseeded) 

1 /2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp- cinnamon or flavor of choice

 2 tbsp- flaxmeal 

1 apple to make 5 tbsp puree 


Dry roast all ingredients. This is optional as we will be baking them later.

Mix everything, except apple puree and flax.

In another bowl, mix apple puree with flaxmeal. Keep it aisde for 10 minutes.

Mix with the granola and bake for 12-16 mins at 160 deg.

Check, if done.

Else, bake homemade healthy granola without sugar for longer.
