Aray festival season bhi to start ho gaya hai. flavored with nature's favorite spices, this jaggery laddu requires no cooking literally. so let's get right into the recipe to make poha laddu with sorghum flakes.

You will need to dry roast or air fry 2 cups of jowar flakes at 160 deg c for 8 minutes.
Now pulse to powder along with 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and 1/4 tsp of green cardamom powder.
It's time to blend the flavored powder with 1 cup of fresh coconut.
Add jaggery to the blender and blend again.
Your coarse powder for laddu is one step away. If you want, just stop it here. Or make more nutritious and flavorful additions.
I chose to add 1/2 cup of pistachio. Pulse to powder and mix with the laddu premix.
Chalo ji, ho gaya.
Let's mix it all together and shape the mix like a laddu.
