1 cup- 240ml 1 cup whole Wheat flour, 1 cup suji 1/4 cup oil, 1/2 cup jaggery powder, (little less) 1 tsp Baking powder 1/2t sp b soda 1t sp fennel powder 1 tsp- fennel whole 3/4 cup water
How to make sooji rusk at home with jaggery in airfryer
Beat oil, jaggery, fennel powder.
Add 1/4 cup of water and whip again.
Then add sooji and mix. Add fennel seeds as well.
Set aside for 10-30 minutes.
Meanwhile, sift whole wheat flour, baking powder, and soda along with besan.
After 30 minutes, pour sooji into a grinder and turn into paste along with 1/2 cup of water.
Add sifted whole wheat to the sooji paste and fold the batter. Preheat oven, airfryer, otg, convection to 160 degrees for 10 minutes.
Pour the loose dough into a greased baking tin and gently press with hands.
Bake for 45-50 minutes.
Remove, unmould upon cooling,
Cut into pieces once cooled down.
Bake for 15 minutes at 160 degrees.
Check if done. Else, flip side and bake again for 10-12 minutes.
Let the sooji rusks cool down.
