For this easy salad recipe, you need to chop cucumber, grate ginger, and slit green chilliinto two.Start by dumping green chilli and ginger ina bowl. Drown both with 1 tbsp of curd. Start mashing or pressing to releasethe juices of both ginger and chili submerged in the curd.  Don’t pity them and keep pressing. This alonewill lend a flavorful aroma to your cucumber salad recipe.
