By the time I had successfully made homemade yeast powder from khamir, I had become completely fascinated by natural fermentation. One experiment always seemed to lead to another. As I continued reading and learning from bakers around the world, I discovered something interesting. Many people were baking beautiful breads using fruit water , especially raisin water.
