Ingredients
1 cup jowar atta (sorghum flour)
1/2 cup hot water+ 1 tbsp extra
1 tsp flaxmeal (optional)
1/4 tsp- methi powder(optional)
salt
ghee for smearing on roti

step 2 is about mixing the flour with bubbling hot water. don't burn yourhands. use a spoon or spatula instead.
cover and rest the dough for 30 minutes.
step 4 is about kneading a soft dough, which behaves like any other normal chapati dough
make sure to sprinkle water after kneading so the dough doesn't dry out..
step 5 begins with taking a ball from the dough and dusting it with dry flour before rolling it with hands first and then a rolling pin. this ensures the dough doesn't break while rolling
use a round container to cut the chapati into a roundel
let's cook the chapati in step 6..keep the flame low first
flip side after 30 seconds...now turn the flame to high..
