I have made these beauties with olive oil but anybody who does not want to keep it VEGAN can add liquid ghee instead. This is one-bowl cookie recipe without baking powder or soda. Healthy multigrain cookies ingredients

1 cup- 240 ml

1/4 cup- whole wheat flour

1/4 cup- oats powder

2 tbsp- black chickpeas (or 3 tbsp sattu)

2 tbsp- besan (chickpea flour)

1/4cup+2tbsp- jaggery powder

1/4 cup- extra virgin olive oil (or liquid ghee or oil of choice)

black cardamom or flavor of choice

How to make healthy biscuits with jaggery in airfryer (Indian recipe)



Mix all ingredients, except oil in a mixer grinder.

Add oil and gather into cookie dough.

Preheat oven, airfryer, convection, otg to 160 degrees for 10 minutes. You do not need to preheat airfryer for longer 3-5 minutes is more than enough. 

Cut into cookie shapes. You may even bake these as nankhatais since we are not using any liquid here so they will bake absolutely perfectly inside out. 

Bake for 8-10 minutes or longer, depending on the cookie thickness and your appliance heat capacity.

  1. Hi Ravneetji,,,I do bake...recently i tried your Gluten free orange cookies,,,all in my family loved them.
    I need to ask you...to make cookies chocolate,,fruit flavour,,I always add 1/4 or 1/2 cup curd as per the quantity(eggless)...and then I roll the dough in cylindrical shape keep it in fridge for 20 mins and then cut them in desired shape.

    My cookies turn out to be good...crunchy...
    Need to ask is using curd fine...I just want to replace it with eggs...

    Pls suggest.

      Do you add 1/4 -1/2 cup curd in cookies? Then that must be a big batch of cookie, I guess. How much fat do you use in these recipes?
      Curd is absolutely fine to use in cookies as long as you are getting best results.
      I also have a couple of cookie recipes with curd and olive oil and they turned out good.
      But I do not use a lot of curd because that could make cookies soggy or chewy.
