Steps to Keep Makhana Crispy

1. Roasting Air Fryer: Roast makhana in an air fryer at 180°C (356°F) for 8 minutes, or until they turn crispy. Stovetop: Roast makhana in a kadhai over low-medium heat, stirring continuously to prevent burning.

2. Immediate Transfer: As soon as you remove the roasted makhana from the air fryer or kadhai, transfer them to an airtight container.

3. Tight Seal Pack the container tightly, ensuring there's no air trapped inside.

4.Upside-Down Storage:  Turn the container upside down to prevent moisture from settling on the makhana.
