3/4 cup- jowar atta
2 tbsp ghee
1/4 cup-jaggery powder
sesame seeds
fennel seeds
1/4 cup- water
1/4 tsp-salt


Boil 1/4 cup of water with ghee, fennel seeds, and jaggery.
Stir in the flour. Turn off the flame.
Mix with a spoon.
Cover and keep for 10-30 minutes.
Roll out into thin chaapti. Make insertions with a fork
Add sesame seeds.
Preheat the oven, airfryer, convection, otg at 160 degree c for 10 minutes.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Enjoy baked jowar crackers.
